Concierge Home Services got started in 2001 in Ottawa as a small home based business, offering homeowners an alternative to team-cleaning companies and private providers. Thanks to our unique system, we still service clients who first started with us 15 years ago! Our initial training program spans a 2 week period. The first week you are at your home office, doing online tutorials and in video conference with our head office team in Ottawa. The second week you are in Ottawa, learning hands-on how to select and train your staff, and how to quote clients for services. Support is ongoing. You have direct access to people with 10+ years of operating our system. Weekly check-ins give some structured support, but we are always just a phone call or an email away. You also benefit from our monthly team meetings and quarterly workshops, when you can interact with fellow franchise partners and improve your skills.
